Welcome to the official extranet site for NeuStar, Inc. On this web site, NeuStar customers will be able to download invoices, make payments and access specialized information.

Before you can enter the NeuStar Extranet, you must first register to enter the secure area. When you have registered and received your acceptance, you will also be able to log into the site.

How to Use the Extranet to View Billing information

1. You will need to register with the site to receive your logon and password. Please click on the left side button that says "Registration".

   Note: even if you already have a password and logon ID to view your TNs (NPAC customers only) you will still have to register here.

2. Once registered with the Extranet, click on the Login button and sign into your personal site.

3. To view Billing information, click on the NeuStar Billing button once in the private area.
